We've recently used SERVPRO on three yacht repairs, two water damage/ mold removal repairs from Hurricane Sally and an extensive fire damage repair. The quality of their work exceed our expectations, restoring and recovering more property than we thought possible. The local management team were easy to work with. Professional and proactive in their communication. There was little effort on our part to understand the scope of work, schedule and progress- it was all clearly laid out and executed. The on-site technicians were also very professional. They briefed us on a daily basis and coordinated around other activities going on to help avoid conflicts and delays. They demonstrated a healthy respect for our customer's property and left each day with the job site secure and clean. Invoicing came in on budget. This team will be our "to go" for future needs.
