Joe Lovell

Joe Lovell is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County.  Joe has 7 years experience in the Clean Up and Restoration industry, and holds multiple certifications from the IICRC and the EPA.  Joe recently moved to Pensacola for this position and is eagerly looking to connect with others. Joe comes from a family that has been within SERVPRO since almost the beginning.

Colby Mapoles

Colby Mapoles is the Commercial Accounts Manager/ Project Manager. Colby was the General Manager and transitioned into a role that he excelled in even as a GM, helping commercial clients recover from fire and water damages.  Colby has over 13 years of experience working in the Clean Up and Restoration industry and holds multiple IICRC certifications.  When he is not working, Colby participates in multiple community organizations, enjoys golfing, and loves to spend time with his fiancée, Emma, and their two dogs.

Daniel Myers

Daniel Myers is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County. Daniel and his family moved to the Pensacola area in 2016 in order for Daniel to take on the role of Project Manager/Estimator. Daniel has worked in the SERVPRO system for nearly 16 years and holds many certifications through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association). Daniel has extensive restoration industry knowledge and experience, including the overseeing and management of many Large Loss projects and storm response teams. He also deals directly with both insurance adjusters and property owners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Brent Walker

"Chef" Walker joined the SERVPRO of North Pensacola team in January of 2019 as a Production Technician, and has worked his way up to recently becoming an Assistant Production Manager.  Brent has extensive training in Xactimate, water restoration, fire restoration, and holds multiple certifications, including WRT, ASD, and CCT, from the IICRC.  When he is not working, Brent enjoys woodworking, watersports, listening to music, and working on cars.

Crystal Arnold

Crystal is the Regional Office Manager for team Carter, serving SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County, SERVPRO of Bay County, and SERVPRO of Albany.  Crystal joined the SERVPRO team in June of 2013, holds a Water Restoration Technician certification from the IICRC, and is also trained in Time & Materials Billing.  Before coming to SERVPRO, Crystal gained experience in a variety of industries, including owning her own custom stone business, administrative work, and banking.  Crystal says that she enjoys working for SERVPRO, because she likes working for a company that helps people in a time of need to restore their biggest investments: their homes and lives.  When she is not working, Crystal enjoys being outdoors, cooking, volunteer work, travel, home renovations, and learning new things.

Kara Dixon

Kara is one of the two of our Receptionist/Dispatcher that handles inbound calls for SERVPRO of North Pensacola, SERVPRO of Bay County, and SERVPRO of Albany. Starting with Team Carter in October of 2021, Kara is the heartbeat of the office, making sure each customer or client gets to the correct person.  Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with her two children and her boyfriend. She also enjoys Auburn football, traveling, going to the beach, and enjoying time with friends.

Robert Carver

Robert Carver is the Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of North Pensacola. Robert comes to SERVPRO with several years of construction experience in a variety of trades, and is a 20+ year US Navy Veteran. Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, riding golf carts, and watching his children play sports.

Adam Bullard

Adam Bullard is a part of our Restoration Division at SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County. Adam started with SERVPRO in December of 2021. He is learning quickly the SERVPRO Way. Adam is also a US Navy Veteran.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys golf, hunting, college football, and spending time with his family. Adam is an outdoors man and we are excited to see where he grows within SERVPRO.

Brandon Corn

Brandon is a part of our Restoration Division at SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County. Brandon comes to SERVPRO with a lot of knowledge in tile work and owned his own business for many years prior. With that knowledge Brandon is also a Fire Fighter/ First Responder in his hometown of Berrydale. 

Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, and racing go karts. Brandon also pushes the team each day with a favorite quote, "Always be your best!"

Wyatt Douglas

Wyatt is a part of the Restoration Division at SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County. Wyatt comes to us with previous work experience in corrections, pest control, and working at Home Depot. Wyatt is quick on his feet and is learning rapidly how SERVPRO is "Here to help."

Outside of work Wyatt loves Nascar with his favorite driver being Ben Rhodes, driver of the #99 2022 Toyota

Cody Chandler

Cody started with SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County in February of 2022 as a Production Technician.  Cody joined the team with previous experience in asbestos abatement, lawn care, and pool maintenance, and is looking forward to growing his career with our team.  When he is not working, Cody enjoys going fishing, hunting, and exercising.

Jennifer DeSpain

Jennifer is a Production Technician with SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County.  She joined the team in March of 2022, and brought with her both general maintenance and extensive housekeeping/cleaning experience.  Jennifer enjoys riding motorcycles when she is not working.

Daniel Kneipp

Daniel comes to SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County as a Project Manager with 5 years of experience in the SERVPRO system, working in Texas and Alabama.  He brings with him a WRT certification, along with an all lines adjuster license in four states, including Florida.  Daniel has worked in the cleanup and restoration industry for over 13 years.  Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time at the beach, kayak fishing, and paddle boarding.

Demarquis Britt

Demarquis joined the SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County team in February 2022 as a Technician in our Production department.  Demarquis has taken great pride in learning SERVPRO systems and techniques since he arrived.  Demarquis has multiple years of experience in general labor and cleaning, along with a 2 year background in construction.  When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing a variety of sports.
