Joe Lovell

Joe Lovell is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County.  Joe has 7 years experience in the Clean Up and Restoration industry, and holds multiple certifications from the IICRC and the EPA.  Joe recently moved to Pensacola for this position and is eagerly looking to connect with others. Joe comes from a family that has been within SERVPRO since almost the beginning.

Colby Mapoles

Colby Mapoles is the Commercial Accounts Manager/ Project Manager. Colby was the General Manager and transitioned into a role that he excelled in even as a GM, helping commercial clients recover from fire and water damages.  Colby has over 13 years of experience working in the Clean Up and Restoration industry and holds multiple IICRC certifications.  When he is not working, Colby participates in multiple community organizations, enjoys golfing, and loves to spend time with his fiancée, Emma, and their two dogs.

Daniel Myers

Daniel Myers is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO of Northwest Escambia County. Daniel and his family moved to the Pensacola area in 2016 in order for Daniel to take on the role of Project Manager/Estimator. Daniel has worked in the SERVPRO system for nearly 16 years and holds many certifications through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association). Daniel has extensive restoration industry knowledge and experience, including the overseeing and management of many Large Loss projects and storm response teams. He also deals directly with both insurance adjusters and property owners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Jeremy "Chef" Walker

Jeremy has been with SERVPRO of North Pensacola for two years as a Production Technician, and is currently serving in the role of Crew Lead.  Jeremy is WRT and ASD certified through the IICRC, and takes great pride in his work.  Jeremy is a master chef, native of the Florida Panhandle, and in his free time enjoys aerobic cardio, woodworking, and mechanical work on vehicles.
